Welcome to The Sesh. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of The Sesh website, app, profiles, product discovery features, check-ins, reviews, social features, and related services.

Age and eligibility

The Sesh is intended only for adults who are legally allowed to view and discuss cannabis-related content in their location. By using The Sesh, you confirm that you meet the minimum legal age requirements that apply where you live.

No cannabis sales or transaction support

The Sesh is a community, discovery, education, review, and analytics platform. The Sesh does not sell cannabis, process cannabis transactions, accept cannabis payments, provide payment links, ship cannabis products, arrange delivery, schedule pickup, reserve products, coordinate buyer/seller activity, or guarantee product availability. Dispensary links, menus, and product information may be provided for general discovery only.

Local laws apply

Cannabis laws vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for understanding and following the laws that apply to you. The Sesh does not encourage illegal conduct, illegal purchases, impaired driving, underage use, or unsafe use.

Community conduct

You agree not to harass others, post hateful or abusive content, impersonate another person, upload illegal content, promote unsafe behavior, spam the platform, coordinate cannabis transactions, or attempt to interfere with the service.

User content

You are responsible for content you post, including check-ins, reviews, comments, photos, profile information, and reports. You grant The Sesh permission to display, store, moderate, and use that content to operate, protect, and improve the platform.

Reviews and product information

Reviews, ratings, effects, strain descriptions, product details, and dispensary information may be community-generated and may be incomplete or inaccurate. The Sesh does not provide medical advice, legal advice, or professional recommendations.

Sponsored placements

Some areas of The Sesh may include clearly labeled sponsored placements or partner content. Sponsored content is for brand awareness, education, and discovery, not cannabis sales or transaction processing.

Moderation

The Sesh may remove content, restrict accounts, or take other action when content violates these terms, community guidelines, applicable law, or platform safety standards.
